For normal products, bought from regular sales channel in normal price with no special occasion such as Baby fair etc. Products can be returned and changed to new one in same type or others under these condition; 1. Bought product, by chance have defected spot on it after immediatly found when you unpacked the product. 2. Inform and inquire about changing the defective product in 7 business days after received product 3. Exchange product must not be wash or go throught any cleaning process. 4. The receipt, the packaging & any purchasing evidence must be present when require changing.
